About Jaci Willoughby

I’m Jaci Willoughby—a storyteller, strategist, and mission-driven marketer with a heart for social impact and a head for data. With a Master of Library & Information Science degree and certification as a librarian, I’ve always been drawn to the art of connecting people with the information and inspiration they need to spark real change.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—nonprofit leader, marketing director, content creator, community builder—and each one has helped me fine-tune my ability to blend strategy with soul. I specialize in marketing that moves people: building brand visibility, developing thoughtful campaigns, managing CRM and analytics systems, and crafting content that connects.

Right now, I’m exploring new opportunities to collaborate with organizations committed to sustainability, equity, and mission-based outcomes. If that’s you—we might just be a good fit.

What I Believe

Marketing can do more than sell. It can build community. It can educate, inspire, and drive real, measurable change. I believe strategy and empathy go hand-in-hand—and that the best campaigns are rooted in purpose, not just performance.

My work is fueled by curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to make the world just a little bit better through every project I touch.
